Rates and Reservations

Campsite Rates - per site per night
Rates are determined by the # of people and the # and size of tents in your group.
All ages of people are charged equally.
- $25.00 - 1 person
- $30.00 - 2 people
- $40.00 - 3 people
- $45.00 - 4 people
- Dogs - $5.00 per dog (one time fee)
Prices include tax
The maximum # of people allowed in a site is 4. If you have a group of more than 4 people, some of them are young and small, and you all want to stay in one site, or you have a group of more than 8 people, please call or email for rates.
The maximum # of < 10'/3m wide tents (common backpacking style tent size) allowed in a site is 2.
The maximum # of 10'-20'/3m-6m wide tents (common dome/family style tent size) allowed in a site is 1.
Campfires
We do not allow campfires. Personal propane camp stoves are how most people prepare their meals. The campground also has a few small table top propane barbeque grills available for use.
Reservations
Moab is busy! Reservations are recommended. Up the Creek is a small campground and can fill up quickly. We require just the cost of the first night stay to secure a reservation. Payments can be made by phone, 435-260-1888, with a Visa, Discover, or MasterCard. If phoning is not a convenient option, please send an email with your reservation request, letting me know you would rather make your reservation payment using a secure online payment website.
Reservation office hours
When the campground is open, for the quickest response to reservation requests, call or email between 8am and 7pm. After 7pm and before 8am, unless it is a campground emergency, we will respond to you as soon as we can between the hours of 8am and 7pm.
When the campground is closed, most days we are available around 9 or 10, occasionally as early as 8, but some days not until 12 or 1. We close about 4 or 5, or maybe about 3 or 4. Some months, days, or afternoons we are not around at all. That said, if you leave us a message or send us an email, we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Cancellations/Changes
Please let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival if you wish to cancel your reservation. We will refund your deposit less a $10.00 per site cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit their deposit.
Please let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival if you need to change your reservation. If you arrive needing less space or having fewer people than what you reserve for, you will be charged for what you reserved for. If you arrive needing more space or having more people than what you reserve for, we'll see if we can make it work and additional charges will be applied.
